Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating  technicians are thoroughly trained in advanced techniques that apply to domestic, commercial and industrial uses as well as to heat pumps, automobiles, thermoelectric, solar and other special devices. This program will apply up-to-date EPA methods of maintaining, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems.
