PHLEBOTOMY COURSE

Phlebotomy is an ever growing field used in many different settings.  Having people who specialize in blood collection and processing is vital in the allied health care industry. Many medical offices, hospitals, laboratories, and health departments employ skilled phlebotomists to decrease the workload on doctors and nurses.

Students of the Phlebotomy Certificate program will be guided through an accelerated course examining the knowledge, techniques, and procedures required to be a successful phlebotomist. Students successfully completing the course will have the skills needed to properly obtain and process blood specimens while maintaining mandated safety regulations.  National Health Careers Certification (NHC), will be taken at the completion of this course. Textbook and supplies included in the cost of the course.  Students are required to wear a lab coat.

*There will be no classes on December 17, 24 & 31 for Christmas break.

All enrollees must provide payment with completed registration form. Payment plan is available. Please contact admissions for details.

Cash, check, money order, Master Card, or Visa will be accepted at time of registration. No financial aid available. Class price does not include exam fees.
